Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our visa application assistance services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms govern your relationship with Master Fast Visas Ltd and outline your rights and responsibilities when using our platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Master Fast Visas Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16414838), with its registered address at 29 Finsbury Circus, London.
2. Description of Services
2.1. We provide assistance services related to visa applications, including:
- Passport scanning and authentication
- Creation of visa-compliant photographs
- Visa eligibility evaluation
- Guidance for tourist visa applications
2.2. Our standard Master Fast Visas service fee is £27.99 for visa application assistance.
2.3. Please note: We do not issue visas; we solely offer assistance in the application process.
3. User Eligibility
To utilise our services, you must:
- Hold a valid passport
- Be the legal owner of the passport or authorised legal guardian
- Be at least 18 years of age or possess parental/guardian consent
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Submit valid and up-to-date documentation
- Update us promptly of any relevant changes
- Ensure completeness and veracity of all submissions
We reserve the right to decline service if:
- Information provided is false or misleading
- Documents are forged, expired, or otherwise invalid
- Eligibility conditions are not satisfied

- Data processing adheres to our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation

7. Payment Terms
7.1. Master Fast Visas service fee
- Our service fee covers visa application assistance (for example, document review, form preparation, and submission support). The standard Master Fast Visas service fee is £27.99 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- The Master Fast Visas service fee is refundable only where we confirm that a documentation mistake was made by our team (for example, incorrect information entered on your application, the wrong document attached, or another error in paperwork prepared or submitted by Master Fast Visas).
- The service fee is not refundable in all other circumstances, including visa refusal, change of travel plans, incorrect information supplied by you, or withdrawal of your application.
- Additional charges may apply for extra or urgent services.
7.2. Government fees
- Government fees, embassy fees, consular fees, and other official charges (including ETIAS and similar mandatory state fees) are separate from our service fee and are collected where applicable as part of your application.
- Government fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if your application is refused, withdrawn, or you no longer wish to travel, as these amounts are paid to or on behalf of the relevant government or authority and are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Visa approval or denial decisions
- Direct visa processing
- Immigration authority outcomes
- Any consequences beyond the scope of our advisory service
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Amendments
- We may revise these Terms at any time
- Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by English law
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
